Absolutely. You can cancel the Direct Debit mandate at anytime in one of the following ways:
1. Directly with your bank or via your online banking.
2. By contacting us and request that we cancel it. This should be done in conjunction with informing your Bank as well.
3. Or by submitting a ticket with GoCardless directly to request the cancellation.
